I bought a Hohem iSteady Pro stabilizer and it worked great the first time I used it for 20 minutes. The next day it started turning itself off. I contacted the support, who didn't answer for a long time. And all I have is too many questions but no solutions. First they said: The video came what I did. The device has a low battery was her reply, so I (re)charged it overnight and it turned off again after a full charge. So I sent the photo they also asked for and nada. From this date I have to look at an expensive item as I cannot trust it to work properly. I will start posting honest reviews of the products I buy with my own money on YouTube to avoid possible repercussions. See you on Youtube! Stay away. 2 out of 2 - 100% not good.
