Pretty good exercise bike. I was looking for something that would allow me to mountain bike indoors in winter while it's cold and uncomfortable outside. It meets all requirements. It took about 10 minutes to assemble as the instructions are not written very clearly, but assembled without any problems. It's a bit noisy, but doesn't bother you. All you have to do is turn up the volume on the TV a little. Also, there is a smell of burnt rubber when I pedal, but as far as I can tell my tire tread still looks the same as before, so it doesn't appear to be damaged. In general I am satisfied.
