The glasses work well and give a clear (no distortion) picture. However, they are heavy due to the weight at the front and are not tight around the ears. If you buy them to read or watch TV while lying down, they still work very well. (And the fact that they don't fit too tightly around your ears can make them more comfortable since you're not lying on them.) If you want to sit and have a book on your lap, you could be in trouble. as they slide forward.
