One of my favorite sides is the gear that you turn to set all the gears in motion. One side has rattles - one spins and the other has beads to move. A section is a piano that plays songs and has tones and words. This section requires 3 AAA batteries - not included. The songs are nice and fun and the piano keys light up. One section is a shape sorter so your kid can put blocks into holes. You can make the sides in one box or lay them flat or just play with them separately! So many fun activities!
