Based on my experience, these glasses really made a difference in reducing eye strain and fatigue while working on computers. The spring hinges on the frames made them fit comfortably on my face and they seemed really well made .the blue light blocking feature definitely seemed to reduce the harshness of the screen and made working more pleasant. The only con I would say is that they do slightly alter the colors on the screen but it's a small price to pay for the reduced eye strain. Overall, a great purchase for any computer user..
