Ideal for aligning the saw blade of my circular table saw. Take a piece of metal rod about 1/16 x 3/4 x 10 inches, drill two holes in one end of the metal rod to attach to a small block of wood, and one hole and one hole in the other end to secure it to attach the door template, and then simply attach the block to the miter fence of the table saw. This adjustment also allows you to align the fence so that it is parallel to the saw blade to within 1/1000th of an inch. Improving the quality of your cut on the saw will be very encouraging.
