Disappointed with quality and construction. First I bought it to install in our medical department of a drug shelter. The top is terrible. When you open or close it, you have to use force and it hugs your back. The first one even looked like it was already in use so I sent it back and got a replacement and the top still has the same issue so it's obviously a design flaw. The second tries to mount it. I can make the holes in the top with my drill bit, but you end up with screws that are incredibly long because they insert two pieces of plastic on the back that don't allow you to mount these flush to the wall. We're keeping it because there aren't any other options at the moment and we had to use it last week, but if I had to use it for email I'd recommend finding something else.
