Review on Olympus 142665 DM 620 Voice Recorder by David Maxwell

I bought this used Olympus voice recorder, it should have been great. I use it for company meetings to take minutes and record business and legal discussions. I was afraid of clarity because sometimes business talks and board meetings can be difficult and involve a lot of people. Well I bought it and tested it a few days before the big meeting. And it was clear that on the day 20 people attended the council meeting, all votes were recorded! When I tried to track it, it was so easy to download. I was able to save it on a secure site, give it to my secretary and it was very easy to email the format. Also small. I mean, this thing is small. I didn't have to use a recorder, but that's in advance. He has a lot of memory. And because I'm deleting the entry on my hard drive to avoid security issues, that's fine. I have yet to download the books but I can see it working. The battery life was exactly what I wanted. I kept it for 4 hours. And the battery was still working. I will test how long it lasts after a full charge. I'm not a gadget person. I love the simplicity, easy setup and basic features and this was way better than that. B/c it's so easy I felt like I could use it to listen to audiobooks I never thought of. It comes with headphones which is great.
