In general there are no complaints about the product. This achieves the main goal; However, the range of supported TV sizes and VESA patterns isn't necessarily a positive. I have chosen to write this review as a word of warning to anyone considering this (or a similar?) product. Limitations or customization options may or may not match your ideals. My ideal was to ONLY raise the TV above the soundbar. Due to limitations, this results in a 3.5 inch gap between the soundbar and the TV. Not perfect and the TV is clearly slightly taller than expected and perhaps "wrong" in the overall picture. This question is not a criticism of the manufacturer. Given that multiple TV sizes are supported and TV manufacturers are unlikely to have a standard VESA template placement, the manufacturer is unlikely to be able to describe the height range for each supported TV. This product supports TVs up to 80 inches, mine is 70 inches. The resulting distance to the soundbar is not surprising; However, I was expecting more flexibility or customization options. The setup I chose is the absolute minimum possible. The bottom line is that this product offers a solid TV stand and wasn't difficult or complicated to assemble. The consumer should only be aware that the customization is not very extensive. Do the math if possible (for this product, the stand or pole adjusts by 2 inches and the "hooks" or pole connections are also about 2 inches apart. At the lowest setting, a 70" TV would be almost 8 inches higher - hope this helps someone).
