My truck runs great. It offers great performance and fuel efficiency. I get over 15 mpg with a 2005 Silverado, combined highway/city, 5.3 liter engine. I've been messing with this all the time (I also have a Flowmaster 40 series dual exhaust system and a K&N cold air intake kit). I really noticed a big difference in the gear changes. Programmed shift points ensure smoother shifting and power delivery. My friend noticed I hired the programmer before I told him. It was easy to do. Just make sure you follow the instructions and pull ALL the fuses it tells you. I figured I was smarter than them and left the fuse where it was. It didn't work the first time. It worked the second time. GHOST! :)
