This digital basal thermometer was purchased as a replacement for another brand that finally broke after years of use.The good:- It is very accurate when compared to what other thermometers read. I'm not so sure I really need the number of decimal places this has, but why not?- The size. I like the smaller size of this thermometer. The last basal we had was twice as big. I like that this one stores away in our drawer and does not take us so much space.The bad:-There is not really a bad with this thermometer. I think the fact that it has a few additional features that require some buttons to be pushed to configure may make it overkill for those that value simplicity. I'm fairly technical so I don't mind a few extra button clicks.
