I love many of the flavors of Syntrax Nectar and their nutritional value, including their very low sodium content compared to most protein powders which are often WAY higher in sodium and/or carbs. None of these issues with Syntrax Nectar. Like others, Twisted Cherry is versatile: mixes well with plain water, vanilla almond milk, chocolate almond milk, coconut almond milk OR unsweetened cherry applesauce, regular unsweetened applesauce, or by mixing in a small amount of Twisted Cherry Syntrax. in Lemonade Syntrax or other flavors to add a hint of maraschino cherry flavor. Like cherry lemonade! If I have a sweet tooth that day, I add Splenda packet to whatever I mix it with; Another combination is to mix Vanilla Syntrax with it to make Cherry Vanilla or Cherry Cherry. I love almost all Syntrax Nectars except for the fancy neon blue or neon green colors. A little too nuclear quest for atoms for me, but the kids love it for exactly that reason. I didn't know cherry could be so versatile until I tried it with a test pack; Then I had to take the full size. Overpriced compared to other flavors but one jar will do, especially when mixed with other things.
