I have never used a product like this, so maybe my expectations are not correct. After getting use to it, this thing takes at least 5 minutes to get on. Trying to get it off, you can hear the threading ripping apart. I have to roll around on the ground like an idiot trying to pull it off. I was looking for a product that helps suck your stomach in. This claims to do that, but does not. So if you are trying to look slimmer, or looking to buy a product that is meant to pull your stomach tight to prevent hernias, this don't work. I would never buy this again. The thing to take away. This goes on like the Rock trying to put on an small t shirt, but after it is on, it is too big. I will add that this is comfortable after getting it on.
