Review on Anezus Precision Craft Knife Set with Self-Healing Cutting Mat and 30 Hobby Blades - Perfect for Art, Craft, Scrapbooking, and Stencil Projects by Jessica Lewis

I have used this product to cut foam board and tape. Everything was fine with the sharpness of the blades so far, it was easy. It's very small on a self-healing mat, which is okay given the price, but not exactly self-healing. Are they all like this? No they are supposed to get back together so it's good for art/hobby but as an artist/professional I'm disappointed especially when I had to cut paper on a carpet every day. Considering this is a brand new blade this rug is of lower quality than advertised making the price seem higher than the value. I also had to constantly move the mat to cut some 16 inches, which is a bit annoying when you have to stop in the middle of each cut to keep moving the mat. In the future I would just buy the blades separately which are very cheap and buy a better quality mat which is expensive but probably worth it as it will last practically a lifetime or at least decades with regular use.
