Difficult to access ringer button to turn sound on or off.
The case seems sturdy. It has a cover over the ringer button that makes it difficult to reach under to turn the sound on and off. Maybe my fingers are just too thick. The screen develops a sort of smudge on the underside. I've opened and cleaned everything twice, but it continues to reappear. Just an odd-shaped smudge that makes that area of the screen appear lighter. It doesn't interfere with use, just odd.
