Received in one day. Well packaged with clear instructions. Looks very solidly built. I immediately tested it without raising the outside antenna and it worked fine on my T-Mobile network. It's impossible to see how well it actually performs until you're in an area of lower signal strength, but there's some dynamic and it's easy to tune. The only problem I had was self-inflicted. I thought I bought a unit with a flat indoor antenna, but I actually bought a smaller omnidirectional antenna. Not a big deal, but I would have preferred a panel. I want to buy the antenna separately, but I can't find it on Revain or the manufacturer's website. CONCLUSION: In view of the comparatively lower acquisition costs, I am very satisfied and would recommend this cell boost system. Update: Excellent customer service so far. . Answered my question about the flat antenna within a few hours. You can also use the free offer. I opted for the free solar panel and it arrived in 3 days. Great unit!
