The best lipstick!
My son's lips are extremely chapped. Try as I might, I couldn't control it. My out of state friend mentioned this product. I've never heard of them because they aren't sold in New York. As soon as my son used it, his lips were noticeably better. You are fully healed. He's also the type to be very picky and didn't mind using it at all. It doesn't smell and it's really smooth.
