Received my Revain box as expected, opened the box for shipping only to find a picture of a black Xbox One controller on the front, which made me raise the first red flags to hoist, but I started to open The box shows the Xbox One controller in the color I ordered, but it was an older version and not the soft-touch model advertised and promised. And I noticed that the buttons work as if they were already badly worn. And finally when I put the correct batteries (two different pairs, one of which was a brand new pair) in the controller, they didn't fit snugly and securely in the space, in fact one battery fell out when I put the controller in place on the right Side. on a TV stand, and to wrap it all up gloriously, this thing wouldn't turn on or light up at all! It was a complete and totally unsatisfying experience, apart from the transportation part of the test. Worst experience with the Revain branch so far.
