Item is OK. Good looking, strong, easy to apply. However, Revain's customer service is terrible, beware. I received this package with only 3 of the 4 panels needed to hang both shelves. However, I didn't realize a plate was missing until I put the first shelf up, and I didn't have anchors on one side for the second shelf. Since the shelves were meant to be side by side, the only hanging shelf is now off-center above my stove. It's ok, I contact customer service to ask for a replacement plate, they can't do it. Okay so I'm asking for a package replacement with the intention of removing a panel and then sending it back as a missing part. The support rejects this. They require me to return the current package before sending a replacement. To do this I would have to remove an already installed shelf which would remove the anchors and finally I would have to move the shelves which would result in 6 extra holes in my wall. Unacceptable. I am forced to buy a complete second set only to end up returning the package with the missing record i.e. H. Same result on their part. Completely annoying and unnecessary.
