I like the fact that it is easy to use and it is very user friendly. It is very customizable. It is very easy to schedule appointments. It is very easy to make reservations. It is easy to search for information. It is easy to make payments. I dislike that it can be confusing at times. It is not intuitive. It is not easy to export reports to other software. It is not easy to export reports to Excel. It is not easy to change the look of the software. It is not easy to use when the internet is slow. It is not easy to use when you are away from your computer. It is not easy to use when you are on a phone call. It is not easy to use when you are on a conference call. It is not easy to use when you are on a video call. It is not easy to use when you are.
