It's easy to set up your remote backups with this product - you can do it yourself or have them handle everything for their service is top notch! They offer support when needed too which has been great so far as well (aside of other companies that we use). I wish there was more customization ability in terms of how often/when each type should be backed up but otherwise very happy overall!! We are backing all our production sites off one backup location using DRaaS products provided by Datarabs along wtih R1soft replication software across multiple locations via VMWare vSphere environments at some customer facilities around US timezones.
