I didn't realize how tiny this thing is; I should have read the description and dimensions much more carefully. I mistakenly assumed this was the same type of bracket I saw at the hardware store, but it looks like a miniature version. Unfortunately, the 2 U-bolt connectors on my antenna are further apart than the length of the bracket. My mistake - but triple check your measurements before ordering. In addition, it is very easy to assemble with regular hand tools and should be easy to install when needed. I would like to warn other buyers that the tube and mounting plate are thin steel.
