After a good start I suddenly had a problem. I had a leak on my collar and it was uncomfortable but not a total failure. All other claimed benefits were true. It was easy to use, kept the coffee hot for a long time, was easy to clean and allowed me to brew multiple servings at once rather than one at a time. After a little testing I was able to contact the seller. They asked me to confirm the problem with the photo. I did and they responded by sending me a new block. When I inspected the new one and compared it to the first, I discovered a problem. For some reason on the problem block the seal between the top and bottom was turned upside down. It must have been my fault, not hers. I tried to pay for a replacement but was refused. When everything works, it's difficult to say anything about the quality of the company. When problems arise, good organizations go ahead and take care of those problems. At all levels, this company has met the highest expectations. I am delighted with both the product and the seller.
