This works great but the instructions don't make it clear if the disposal needs to be running all the time while the chemicals are supposed to be running/disposal clean. Based on trial and error, I've found that the best way to use them (at least for my disposal) is to pop the bag into the disposer with a trickle of water (as instructed). I simply run the disposer for 2 seconds (enough to open the back and activate the foam) and then turn off the recycler while the foam runs (1-2 minutes). Once the foam clears, I put the water back on and run the recycler again to put it out.
