The ease of use for this software is unmatched in any other solution I have used to date! It's so easy that even my grandmother could figure it out with minimal training (she has no previous experience using technology). Very intuitive interface as well -- not many pieces required before getting started! There are some things missing from their support team but overall they do an excellent job at keeping you informed about what features need improving or new ones being added. We've been able solve our document management needs by utilizing XM content services. This allows us to keep track of all documents internally while also providing them access via SharePoint which helps ensure compliance requirements throughout multiple sites/locations. Our customers can now easily search through files stored online without having to go directly into each file itself - saving time & resources when working remotely / distributed teams.
