Very helpful services for any business website regardless of your experience or expertise

The customer support is very good as well it's easy to use which makes our job much easier! Also I like that you can create multiple pages for each section of content so we are not limited in one page layout only. We have been able t make any changes or updates without having someone from XM come out there first hand with us at least once per week if they aren't here already working directly w/us!! It would be nice but its hard when most people don’t know how this system works nor what needs…

  • What was great, best part ability do complete work myself instead needing an entire team member present all day everyday just sitting around waiting until some tech savvy person comes available within hours after business opens daily.to fix minor problems suchas missing images / photos etc.,etc..and other more important tasks requiring higher skill levels

Great platform made better by collaboration features

It's easy to use for all the different teams in our organization (QC/R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing) as well as it is very intuitive. The tool can be used across multiple devices and platforms so that's great! I wish there was an easier way to have more than one user share access with each other but this isn't really a complaint per se - just something we realized after using the product for some time.   • Easy to manage workflows without IT support needed.
  • Very robust reporting capabilities available when required by management or QC staff members if they desire them at their discretion during project tracking phases; no need anymore needing full team input into approval processes due not having enough man hours allocated within resources dedicated toward certain projects requiring such approvals before moving onto next phase(es)
  • Excellent integration wih Microsoft Office suite products like MS Word & Excel along

Very Easy To Create Customizable Document Templates

The best thing about XM is that it allows me to easily create my own templates for different types of documents (e-mails or letters). I can also customize them as much needed without having any coding knowledge! Creating content in this platform has been very easy so far because they have made everything simple through their tutorials which are available online along with all other features like editing/updating existing articles etc., There's nothing really bad at present but maybe some minor

Best DAM Solution Available today, hands down

The ease of use for this software is unmatched in any other solution I have used to date! It's so easy that even my grandmother could figure it out with minimal training (she has no previous experience using technology). Very intuitive interface as well -- not many pieces required before getting started!
