The shoe's tongue is missing, so it's actually attached to the sides of the shoe, forming a little elastic circle like an opening to put your foot in. Except you can't get your foot all the way into the boot without pulling your back all the way back and squeezing under the heel. Like slippers where the foot hole is too small to put your foot in. Doesn't even work with a shoehorn, and who expects high-tech shoes to have to use a shoehorn these days? Whoever designed and approved the design of these shoes, they were complete idiots. What a design and quality check failure. Expected more from a high-tech shoe company and expensive shoes.
