The team at znet are very easy going, always happy when talking about their product or working with you for any problems we come across in our day-to-day work lives! They offer excellent customer service as well - even though they're thousands away from us sometimes it still feels like I can get help if needed straightaway (at least that's what happens!).
As far as things go wrong/are not meeting expectations etc., there has never been anything more than an exchange via email between myself & my colleagues here where some small issue was identified. Have no complaints whatsoever other then perhaps maybe wish that they were closer so easier access could be had should something arise? None really but would love them being able to just pop down occasionally &"drop by" during office hours!! We use ZNET Live daily both internally within our organisation and externally out into clients / customers areas which enables me to communicate effectively without having time constraints such as needing to call over phone lines.
