I was very disappointed with what I got as quality control turned out to be of no interest to this company. My first indication of problems to come was that the alcohol screen cleaning wipe must have come from an arid area in Tennessee, as it was completely dry. I don't think he's ever seen an alcohol stain. As further evidence of questionable quality control, I received a pre-scratched tread. There were two areas of the screen where I just couldn't get the two stubborn air bubbles to go away, despite repeated attempts and cleaning with my own alcohol wipe. When I finally gave up, I took a closer look at the tread and noticed that there were two slightly fuzzy looking scratches on the inner surface that were right where the persistent air bubbles were. This is the inner surface on which there was a protective film. . Even before installation, I noticed spots and thought it was a spot of dirt on the protective film. It turned out that it was actually a defective protective film.
