I'm 5ft 5in and 205lbs. In the photo, I'm wearing a slimmer one to control rollover. Even without the narrow one, I'd definitely say it's true to size. The XL might have given me a little more room on the sides but maybe too much in the crotch and I hate that such a large size was perfect for me. Can't give a full 5 because while it fit and looked just like the picture, there are no washing instructions. I put the clothing in a secure lady's bag and it came out with this hole in the shoulder seam. The rest is intact, so maybe just a manufacturer error. really like it so it sucks.
