Review on Timer Resistant Mitts Changes Boiling by Jennifer Glasheen
The oven mitts melted the first time I took something out of the oven (at 350 degrees). Egg timers are fine.
The timer showed slightly runny eggs when they said they were hard boiled but it doesn't matter. The real problem is that the gloves melt at 350 degrees (I haven't tried lower temperatures). USELESS
