These nose studs are fantastic! The length is perfect! You can't see the metal stick sticking out of your nose. My last L was too long and I was told I had a permanent metal booger. No more with that! The stone hasn't fallen yet. I will update when the gem comes out. I've been wearing it for several weeks now. Now I highly recommend it. I'm so glad I found my favorite green color.
