I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. For 30 years (2 different seals) I've been stuck in paper bags because I haven't found a plastic that works well for the same price as paper. Now I have. I used this: BestAir Trash Compaction Bags (16"D x 9"W x 17"H, pack of 12). But now that I've discovered these sturdy bags that really fit (with firm stretch to corners.) They're so strong that even a broken bottle or sharp pizza box won't go through the walls when you squeeze them. :) (Apparently my area doesn't offer recycling.) Everyone should have a compactor - they're so cool. My friend has one in the garage when all canisters are then recycled. Just rinse before going into the compressor. When full - holds a lot! - She can easily take a bag of flattened cans for recycling. And what a great buy - less than US$20 -Dollars for SEVENTY bags?Insanely good price.I won't just use them for junk.
