Works well for the money spent. The instructions were misspelled and had terrible grammar, but the device itself was pretty easy to figure out. Mine arrived a little dirty but the soap and water obviously did the trick. I reheat the rice, pasta, and meat separately for about 30 minutes, and the food is usually lukewarm to hot and ready to eat. I don't like the lid because the various grooves make it difficult to clean, but there's nothing a dishwashing brush can't reach. I also wish the spoon compartment wasn't just for the spoon that comes with the bowl. There is no room for a fork or regular spoon. In general a good buy.
