Queen, White. When you first receive this pillow it is in a carry case and you will need it as soon as you start taking out some foam so you can store extra foam inside. The pillow is too stuffed and hard. It was too hard for me to use it that way. So I experimented over the course of several nights to see how much foam I thought would stay comfortable inside. I think I removed half of the foam in the pillow and it's perfect for sleeping. This is a comfortable pillow once you figure out how much foam to keep in it. I love that there are 2 small zippers to access the foam and they are very easy to open and remove. I think this pillow is quite warm while sleeping. I don't mind, but I know a lot of people who like a cooler pillow. Overall I think it's a great idea for a pillow that can be adjusted to whatever you want and I think I like it.
