I received a broken unit that started flickering right after installation. Customer service mentioned that they didn't think the video evidence was very clear. Of course, it's hard to see the flicker as it happens much faster than the video's frame rate, but it's still visible if you look closely, there are glares in the first few seconds. And they wanted me to remove the install and send it back for a replacement. How does it make sense for me to call my mechanic to have it removed, repackaged and shipped for $25 ideally the replacement should be shipped immediately. Now for a couple of good points, the headlights are good and came with everything needed for installation and a few other parts. Plenty of ways to connect them with an outlet and cable.
