Plugs are very difficult to remove. The entire metal part was guaranteed to be bent when it was pulled out. cheap quality. I had to hammer the stamp on the block when installing, which makes me nervous about the internal damage I could cause. The price, quality and installation are not worth this product. I paid 120 something for 4 units. They seem cheap and not thin enough not to show up after installation. Revain sent a replacement but I have them in 3m tapes so I may be able to swap them out

I was looking for dimmable 120V lamps but didn't have a bulky external power supply. Also, I wanted them to be dimmable (not just single lights, but have control for multiple devices) and change color. They worked great. They're bright, versatile (various shades) and quiet (compared to the CFLs they replaced). Easy with included Wago connectors. If there is one suggestion I have it is to provide a separate rail/plate to mount these lights (plastic would do for example). I received a broken unit that started flickering right after installation. Customer service mentioned that they didn't think the video evidence was very clear. Of course, it's hard to see the flicker as it happens much faster than the video's frame rate, but it's still visible if you look closely, there are glares in the first few seconds. These lights look great after I install them. Love the tri color option and how you can connect two of these with the connector provided to make a 2 inch light. My only problem was connecting them to my existing 14/2 wires from earlier fluorescent bulbs - the newer bulbs don't have much room inside. All four lights mounted side-by-side to illuminate an 8-foot workbench. They give off a lot of light and do what I expected them to do. I appreciate the thin profile.
