Four stars for the panel plus a fifth star for excellent service. This is a good product at a price backed by GREAT customer service at every price point. The panel arrived well packaged a few days after ordering. that there were no breaks. When I first plugged it in to test it, I couldn't get it to charge the battery. The panel seemed to deliver voltage, but it didn't go through the controller. I was pretty lazy but emailed the DC HOUSE supplier and waited for a reply I knew how long. I was completely satisfied when I received an answer in less than 12 hours. A contact at DC House prompted me to run a few tests, asked a few questions about how I connected it (it turns out you have to connect the battery to the controller BEFORE you connect the panel) and after a few Email exchanges decided the controller must be defective. They immediately sent a replacement which came in the mail two days later and now everything is working fine. I bought this panel to install on my machine while it was in stock and it looks like it will work fine. I've only tested it for a short time so far, but with no moving parts it's hard to see how it could fail.
