Update 8/4/21: After several contacts, emails and 1 β finally a representative contacted me about my problems with the vacuum cleaner. I folded and made the fourth try! I used it for smart/auto cleaning 4 times a week for 2 weeks and it didn't go past the same 10x10 foot area near the base for more than 30 minutes. I had to use the app to guide it out of area or pick it up and move it to another area, but it will revert back to the same 10x10. He was able to find his base multiple times (maybe more than the previous ones, which is a slight improvement). The battery life on this device is still pretty good. Week 3, it started to expand into another area, the next room was the dining room and slowly moving to the kitchen. He hadn't walked down the corridor to the front room alone yet. Aaannndddd the message "Roller brush jammed" appears. Week 4, after fiddling with it a bit, I think I've finally solved the roller brush issue. Huge design flaw if you ask me - the rotating tip of the brush is covered with a rubber plug (fig. 1) - remove the plug and you will see that the hair is rolled up tightly on a metal stand (fig. 2) - use the blade to cut and collect, insert the tangled dirt and replace the cap, reinstall the roller (Fig. 3). It's going to stay that way for me because I have long hair, it's inevitable. The same can apply to you if you have long haired pets or generally a ton of wool. I think that this rubber part shouldn't have a gap to the roller brush in the middle. Just a thought or you can replace the roller brush every time it gets stuck. Your money π€·ββοΈ I added β to the representative who eventually got in touch and sent me a replacement. I'll see if I can work with the block a little longer. Will be determined later. Previous rating: It's time to give up. Device 1 did not leave the same spot and turned in circles. Device 2 did not complete all cleaning tasks and returned to the charging station prematurely. Device 3 repeats the error message. Clean the roller brush every few minutes, I can't complete the cycle without hearing the prompts at least a dozen times. And none if these devices could return to the charging station on their own! Having had so many issues with these devices, I can't say if the battery life is good or not, I can't say if the suction is good enough because it stops every 5 minutes, the mopping option is just a vacuum, water through eject and wipe the pad (reminder: don't leave water in the tank, it will leak everywhere), the vacuum cleaner needs to be charged constantly, otherwise the battery will run out quickly even in standby mode. I emailed the seller twice on their website and provided purchase information for warranty. , sent an email to the seller on Revain, I received no replies. The only good thing is that I can sync the vacuum with my phone to use it as a controller, but I ended up getting another warning to check the roller brush on the corner. Waste of money, defective product and terrible experience!
