Update 8/4/21: After several contacts, emails and 1 ⭐ finally a representative contacted me about my problems with the vacuum cleaner. I folded and made the fourth try! I used it for smart/auto cleaning 4 times a week for 2 weeks and it didn't go past the same 10x10 foot area near the base for more than 30 minutes.
