I ordered this for my mother to finish her watch. We were confused when we found 2 envelopes instead of 1. After opening the envelopes, we found 1 set in each envelope and both sets were folded. ironically in opposite directions. My mom speculated that we got 2 because of the arm flexing option (not sure if that's the real reason or not). My mom managed to straighten the hands of a set by using it on her watch. It's a bit embarrassing to think about how thin and fragile the hands are in a set, and it's not a good idea to just ship them in bubble wrap for the only protection other than the plastic sleeve they come in. Mom said the clock turned out fine, and she likes that she's silent (not "tick-tock") when counting the time.
