Nothing Good for Sports Nutrition
Dry shoveling is terrible because it tastes like hand sanitizer. When mixed with water, it's not bad. All in all, it doesn't have the effect it should, especially for almost $50. My boyfriend and I used it for several days before finally giving up and buying another pre-workout because it was pointless to take. We gave it to his brother to see if it worked for him and he said the same thing. Very disappointing, had high hopes for it :/
