Great support and team in place who responds right away to any queries you have.1. Sometimes I see some delays when doing transactions2. There could be some customization that is needed as far as UI and UX is concerned3. Integration with other software could improve its capabilities4. A little more marketing should be done especially during holidays.1. It saves me from time wastage2. Helps reach out to customers fast3. Can handle multiple chats at the same time.4. I love how easy it is to use. It's very user friendly and has an excellent interface. I like that it sends out reminders for voicemails and texts so you don't forget about them. The only thing I dislike is that sometimes the app isn't always available. Sometimes it doesn't work at all and other times it works but takes a long time to load up. But overall it's been great. It makes life easier by having all my messages and voicemails accessible from one place.
