Frustrating connectivity

I spent two and a half hours connecting lightbulbs to my Echo. I also interacted with Alexa chat. Absolutely disappointing. It's not three steps like it says on the box. You must activate the skill. To do this, you need to download the Sengled app (half-star app). Create an account (if you can figure out how). Sign up if you're lucky enough to get that damn account, then activate the skill. Back to the Alexa app... and so on. I'll try again... tomorrow. I am tired. At this point it would be silly to give more than 0 stars.

Pros
