Good product for a good price.

I have used Holy Basil for a few years and it seems to help. Product was delivered on time and in good condition.  That's my feedback!

Pros

These made me feel much calmer than the liquid drops. I also sleep better.

Cons

The recommended dose of two capsules per day may be too low for some users to see results
