The ease that all parties are able to communicate with each other is what I appreciate most about tract systems! It helps me keep my customers informed when they need something from us (e-mail reminders). Sometimes you forget things but this program notifies everyone immediately so no worries there!! If your looking for an easy way to store customer information then look at tracts system. ! They have everything anyone could want right out front where we see them every day. We used to pay our employees by check which was very time consuming as well expensive because sometimes paperwork gets lost/misplaced between departments etc...this has solved those issues plus more. !!
