It's worth it - back massagers
I have chronic muscle pain and migraines from a herniated disc. This article is a find! There is a much better massage than I expected. The pressure and heat really helped with neck stiffness, reflex headaches and migraines. I highly recommend. The only drawback is the size. It's a bit bulky, so not very easy to store.
