The hardware is awful!

It looks nice and the bench wasn’t too hard to put together the problem was the hardware for the hooks and the board. I tried to screw in the hooks by hand and the head of the screw just broke off, leaving part of the screw in the board but the hook wasn’t attached. Getting that broken screw out was a pain! I thought that maybe is was a fluke so tried another screw in a different spot, the same thing happened again! I went to the store and bought my own screws which worked just fine. Then when I went to mount it on the wall the biggest wall anchors again broke and left a big hole in my wall that I had to fix and then bought my own wall anchors and again worked just fine.

Pros

Work Steadily: The shoe rack for entryway perfectly organizes family's clothes instead of throwing them on the couch. The shoe rack bench is of great convenience instead of kicking shoes off. Just sit on it to change shoes and hang coats. Loading capacity per coat hook: 11 lb, shoe bench: 220 lbs(100 kg)
