Review on Grease Monkey Nitrile Mechanics Purpose by Luis Adu

BEWARE! Lower price = cheaper/worse product!

So, I work in a warehouse and I transport, receive and load office furniture (sometimes very heavy and non-standard material). About a year ago I brought 10 packs of Grease Monkey nitrile gloves for about $1.25-$1.50 per glove (can't remember exactly) and they lasted me for a full year. It's time for new gloves and I saw that the 10 pack is sold out, but I saw that this 15 pack is around $1 per glove so I'm thinking JACKPOT! More gloves and cheaper! boy was i wrong! These gloves are used for about a week on average, after which the nitrile coating on the palm of the glove will begin to crack/tear/wear out. In busy weeks when we unload a lot of inbound shipments and have a lot of outbound shipments, these gloves last a maximum of 3 days! These gloves are not designed for very manual work or with the same consistency as a pack of 10 gloves! Buy a pack of 10! You have been warned! But I should have known that you get what you pay for. Throw in a little extra coin for a pack of 10.

Pros
  • Snug wrist keeps dirt and debris out
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
