Finally the perfect collar for us! Our bitch is a mix of about three breeds, so she is a mixed breed. But we love them! This is a medium sized dog, mixed breed Labrador, Blue Healer, and Border Collie. Generally she doesn't bark much but she likes to bark at night when we kick her out. Therefore, we have tried different types of bark collars for many years. Here's what I love about it: Uses a standard micro USB cable for charging instead of a stupid proprietary connector that I end up losing! Very simple and straightforward and seems to work flawlessly. The battery seems to last forever. Seems stable in its settings and works as it should! Everything seems high quality and is holding up very well for us (photos are after about three weeks of continuous use, although we don't leave it on all day) I would like to point out that we only use the vibration function because a few years ago we used a training collar and used the shock function a bit and it really traumatized them. Even the vibration seems to shrink it a bit, and that's enough! Also, we left the device untouched for many, many hours, afraid it would shut down. But it doesn't seem to be, it seems to be up and running so we'll just leave it alone. I really appreciate that a quick press of the power button instantly shows the battery level and oh my god it feels like it lasts for weeks. All in all it's just great. Take some time to read the user manual which is quite basic and you will get what you need. As I said, we only use the vibration function, so I have to assume that the battery life might not be as good if you have a large dog and use the shock function and want to keep higher settings. However, I can't imagine that for small or even large dogs, this collar can't make a great training collar to minimize or stop barking. When our dog has it on his neck, he stops barking!
